Gar Man

Reporting & Optimisation Officer

Gar looks after data and A/B testing at Forward Action, turning raw numbers into visual stories that help shape strategy. They’re especially into making spreadsheets that are actually nice to look at. They’ve jumped between roles in transport planning, media, and even writing the Tube timetable at TfL. During lockdown, they had a rethink and joined FA as an intern – and hasn’t looked back. They drum with protest samba bands and once ran a snowy 10k dressed as Super Mario (or Super Gario, obviously).
