We firmly believe that you can’t deliver progressive change without **centring justice, equity, diversity and inclusion**. Each co-owner has committed to play an active role by putting anti-oppressive values into practice.

We’ve been working with the [Social Justice Collective](https://socialjusticecollective.co.uk/) since 2024 to learn and co-create an action plan to ensure we stay accountable to these values and put them into practice.
